What is your return policy?

Sibling4 Limited wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we have a no fuss returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for absolutely any reason, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding delivery charges.

If your item was damaged during delivery or is faulty, please return the item in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, including delivery charges. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship within the UK. We use Royal Mail first and second class.

How quickly do you dispatch my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 72 working hours. We do not work weekends or UK bank holidays but put extra staff on to cover the busy times. At busy times dispatch times may be longer. At these busier times, please be aware that delays, often outside of our control, may happen. It is always best to purchase early to avoid disappointment.

Can I track my order?

No sorry orders cannot be tracked at this time.
